HOW TO LOWER THE STEERING WHEEL IN A FREIGHTLINER CLASSIC/FLD + FUTURE PLANS
Figured I would make a little how to video to make things simple. So if some people want more angle out of their steering wheels they can get it. Question: can I lower the sit in my fld2007 classic by removing the tripod that it sits on or do I need to buy a whole new bottom?

If your truck has those plates it’s sits on that’s one way to do it but they are a pain to remove unless you get a legacy Low seat they are like 850 they sit pretty low

Trucker AK hey Buddy, hope you are having a great day. I have a question. Do you know anyone that does good work on Detroit’s 12.7 ddec IV series 60? My truck is burning fuel. Bobtailing gave me 710 miles for 118.0 gallons I usd to get 9 miles per gallon bobtail that last trip gave me 6 miles per gallon. Getting my first load tomorrow 7 car trailer and it’s a good paying load but it’s gonna go all to fuel at that rate. Any shop you know I can take it to? I’m out of San Antonio texas.
