    Boy do I feel this too! I work three days a week as a nurse and in theory have two days a week that my kids are in school, but something always comes up. A kid is home sick, I shop on a field trip, I work an extra day at my job, I just can never get caught up. I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel! I think one thing I'm going to start doing is just blocking out a day. Obviously I can't just do nothing the entire day but I think I'm going to block it out and have a couple hours set as admin time. To make doctor's appointments, pay bills, go through the pile of paperwork from school, etc. Those are the things that I really struggle with because I need to focus on them and I can't do that when the kids are running around.

    I work full time outside the home now. I miss those days when I was home part time and my kids were in school. I can never catch up anymore.

    Haha I am 36 weeks pregnant and feeling the stress game hard. Baby number 4 and so much on my plate. But I totally agree just focusing on being grateful and spending just a bit more time trying to find laughter either with my kids or spouse we all need it.     Oh man! Brittany, you always seem to come through! I'm currently stressing bc hubby, and I started a business, and my prospective clients aren't biting fully. I'm destressing by watching KZread videos 😅. I love watching other moms on the struggle bus with me, so I know I'm not alone and look apparently you as well!!!

    If someone is feeling that much stress… it’s time to say NO a lot more. As a seasoned mom, you are missing out on true joy if you are this stressed out. The kids don’t need a million activities or even 2-3 of them. Your church should t demand so much time. Everyone helps with the home, not just you. Everyone does chores. Life is so short…. Say no to time sucking things and yes to living life.
