I love this video, Gabi. So practical. Thank you for including some vegan, budget-friendly options in your recent videos. Since cream-based products, appropriate for older skin, are supposed to be replaced more frequently than dry products, I so appreciate your including these drugstore brands. Plus, who doesn't like trying new stuff?!

You are not past your prime! You're just getting started! It's okay if something doesn't make you look "younger" because that isn't the goal. The goal is to look put together and to feel great! I just have to title my videos like this so that people click on it (which I actually hate so much). I would much rather title it "How to look polished and feel great in 10 minutes"

@@leapintothewild I don't think 56 is old, but, like i said, I just think my looks are way past my prime, sagging skin , jowls, wrinkles. I still FEEL young, but I no longer LOOK young. But I do the best I can and I so appreciate Gabi for showing us great tips to keep us looking our best.

I'm much more low-key with my makeup as of the last while. Being fair-olive with sensitive skin, it's not only tricky to find a shade that blends but I can't do fragrance and certain ingredients which limits the choices a bit further.

Now is the time to grab it!!! Have you tried any of their colors? I’m obsessed. It’s all I wear now. It’s so viscous that it lasts for so long on the lips. The oil is also amazing but so hard to get bc it’s always sold out.

I needed the tips about how to apply the appropriate makeup for my mature aging! I LOVE what you said about getting older but still being able to be trendy & not judged that we are trying to look younger like a teenager! I think we all want to look younger-but NOT like we are trying to look like a teenager of ridiculously looking!❤ I just had a birthday on Nov 9 & turned 62 yrs old. I haven’t worn any makeup in several yrs. With having to retire because of health issues from a wonderful job I loved that I had worked toward for my whole career…. I became depressed. I was diagnosed w RA & Fibromyalgia. More depression & 8 mos ago I lost my only son unexpectedly. I found him unresponsive & needless to say I’ve been devastated for mos . I’ve just now began to try to get out of the house which is helping some. A close friend told me that I needed to apply makeup everyday whether I went anywhere or not & just doing things for myself would help me feel better, but until now I haven’t felt like even trying. Thank you for all the videos I’ve seen so far & the ones I watch in the future!❤❤❤ I LOVE your lip color you usually wear! Especially the light brown tones!❤ I also watch Andreea Ali even though she’s in her late 30’s. I’m going to try your hair tips for volume using the “round blow dry brush!”❤❤❤

Thanks Gabi, I haven't tried Lottie London brow pen but have tried so many micro brow pens. My absolute top fave is not a micro brow one but the NYX lift and snatch brow pen. I have next to no brows and find this for me works amazingly well and makes my brows look more convincing(haha)than ever before. Give it a go and let me know ;)

Your so sweet gabby! I love your channel! Can you give me a pro tip for my forehead? It always looks kinda like orange peel up close. Then my forehead always seems patchy with my bronzer on over. I use a light bronzer and don’t go heavy. I also moisturize usually I use hyaluronic serum on first then a blurring primer or a hydrating primer

I just bought the age perfect foundation serum yesterday now I gotta get the balm lol going to check out city beauty right now and I'm totally getting the goop sunscreen/primer/moisturizer soon because I have oily skin too I was using two serums two moisturizers a sunscreen and a primer in my t-zone and then my foundation your way seems a lot easier and looks sooo great

Hi Gabi is it really necessary to add a sunscreen when most moisturizers and foundations already have an SPF? If I’m outside by the pool or working in the yard then I will specifically add a sunscreen. Thanks

If i just bought a colored lip gloss in their line would it give me the same effect? Or is there something extra special about the clear gloss?

Oils are the best and healthiest for the skin. You can use Jojoba oil, almond oil or castor oil as makeup remover.

What color of the Maybelline concealer are you wearing? Thank you! I have tried to listen several times but missed the name of color?

In another video you say to use a peach concealer since it's opposite purple on the color wheel to hide the dark circles underneath the eyes

Love this idea- my concernis all the chemicals I can hardly pronounce- some of which should not be absorbed in to the skin. Any advice about this? I can find healthy cleansers & moisturizers, but not make up.
