    Thanks for this little cheat sheet on the log! And bad ass lift dude!! Your kicking some serious log ass! One of the more annoying things I am dealing with on my log now that I've gotten into the mid 200lb range is when I get it cleaned to the front rack is seeing stars and feeling like I'm gonna pass out... squeezing the butt/quads and taking 3 or 4 breaths is all I've found to alleviate this.... do you have anything else a guy could do to help with help this?

    Honestly no... Just get some air and don't spend too much time up there because the time under tension with a log is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Go into the upside down real fast. Get some air, pray to the iron gods and go for it!
