Hey think media team, thanks for a great tutorial! So what happens when the target audience is basically 100% mobile viewers? I’ve seen people stream using stream yard, and it always shows up horizontal when they are presenting slides, is there any way , to make all of this mobile optimized for creators like myself that have a large following on vertical video based platforms??

Thank you Nolan! I have been watching all the Think videos on Streamyard. I am moving away from Zoom and OBS for my podcast and going all in with Streamyard. I am excited to start doing live Q&As. I use calendly to schedule interviews and like how easy it is to send a link from Streamyard to guests. I set up questions in the booking process for guests to choose between regular or live podcast interviews 👍

@@heathcriswell Loving it. My only issue at this point is small audio delay on recordings, on my end. Not sure if it the dongle my interface is going through or the EOS webcam utility/cannon m50 issue. I am going to dry direct connect with my interface and see if that helps. You can download the separate audio tracks and fix in post, just an extra step.

Good lookin' out! I am going to start my podcast again, and will be doing it digital now - I was going to just use Zoom and locally record myself - but this video totally help me lean towards Stream yard, and heck I'm even going to upgrade from the free version!

yet he failed to mention the wait time before being allowed to actually stream once you connected your destination. Felt more like a showcase than a tutorial.

Just signed up for StreamYard, it’s a content creators dream. The *only* thing I wish it had was live camera switching between host and guest. Are there any plans for this in the future? Similar to what zoom does where it switches the view to whomever is speaking. This would make it the PERFECT program in my opinion. Much love and thanks!

This was helpful. There are so many cool features that I’ll have to start using. The only issue I’m having is that when I go live it only shows me from the neck up and not a full screen of me. Any suggestions? I use a webcam on an iMac.

Another banging video buddy. I’ve been struggling just using a 35 inch curved monitor and my Sony DSLR on top as the camera angle is not great. I find I’m always looking down towards the monitor and not the lens. With this split setup the camera would be more at eye sight level.

Does this stream at 1080p less blurry than using the GO LIVE feature on KZread? I have a 1080p webcam and fast internet but the stream still looks blurry

Do you know how someone could utilize this to play music through or record music live through

ive been doing rust content. and how do you mute audio after someone says something like in buffer so no one hears what was said in the buffer to stop idiots from yelling profanities into the stream. i play games but some people say the rudest things without notice so is there a way to mute the buffer .

Do streaming hours on stream yard count towards your YT 4000 hours for monetization? At one time I heard that only native (non-3rd party platform) KZread streaming hours count.

Yes, streaming hours through StreamYard do count towards the 4,000 watch hours required for KZread monetization. KZread considers both native (non-3rd party platform) streaming hours and hours streamed through external platforms, such as StreamYard, when calculating the total watch time.

I’m about to start doing live streams with stream yard but one issue I’m having is an audio issue. Im using my rode procaster 2. As I stream and review KZread vid the audio sounds off. In the procaster sounds great but not to my audience. Any ideas on how to fix that ?

One thing you don't mention. It's important to have a moderator for your live. So how do you setup a moderator?

With the many things that need to be set up for the livestream, do you suggest starting ahead of time before the livestream begins to set everything up? Also, is this available on mobile? I would like to try a livestream using my iPhone.

Hi there! Yes, it's a good practice to get everything set up before hand. You can enter the studio prior to your stream to prep everything. And yes, StreamYard is available on mobile, however they recommend using a computer/laptop for the best experience.

iv'e hit 11k subs about 5 months ago, however i haven't earned a single dollar from youtube. Since iv'e been facing issues with ypp program, basically saying i have been watching my own ads. i contacted google support for help none helped. is there a way you have any idea to fix it? please help!

Great video and looks like a good product - but I don't stream enough to pay $120 a year as a subscription! Was hoping to buy a licence. But this seems to be the way most software devs are going now with subscriptions. Not for me I'm afraid. Real pity. Lee (UK)

@@ThinkMediaTV To be honest, I was excited because the only Stream I have done was using StreamLabs and that is not very user friendly. My big pain these days is that everyone seems to be going subscription which I think is a ripoff for new users who are not into regular streaming (I might do a Stream perhaps 3 times a year). It's fine of you have the money and use it regularly, but I was looking for a better option than StreamLabs - but not a monthly subscription. Sorry. But thanks for the response. Lee UK

Yes, you can live stream with someone on KZread without using StreamYard. KZread has its own built-in feature called "KZread Live" that allows you to invite guests to join your live stream using a program like OBS. We fins that streamyard is super simple for beginners!
