The statistic (0:50) "Children laugh something like four hundred times a day," is, itself, laughable. Even assuming an unlikely 16 waking hours for a small child, that would mean laughing 25 times each hour, every hour, or once every 2 minutes, 24 seconds -- _all day long._ I've seen plenty of happy babies in my 74 years, but none of them were _that_ happy. With that sort of foundation, I began to doubt all the other "science" in the report.

If they are not ok,they ensure others aren’t ok……They are intrusive, meddlesome ……these are due to extreme competition and the professions they are into….Choose your job wisely where you don’t have to talk much.

I think that it's wrong to assume that the same amount of social contact is healthy for everyone. Loneliness is a big problem, and it's bad for your health, but not everyone who lives alone is lonely. And many people who live in crowded cities are indeed lonely. Loneliness is NOT the condition of being alone, loneliness is about a mismatch between your social expectations (i.e. your social appetite) and your social reality. And THAT'S what's unhealthy, not being alone. In my opinion, being in a bad relationship is more unhealthy than not having one.

If you have friends you have someone to commiserate with when your landlord raises the rent high enough to make you homeless. It's important to see the funny side of not being able to afford food, ie its a great way to lose weight. When you are now starving and homeless try and find somewhere to sleep as much as you can, of course far away from the public because no one wants to see that. Cold water showers are cheaper as you haven't been able to afford your power bill for the last six months anyway. But at least the rich and comfortable will live longer, and that is what is most important

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city.
