The statistic (0:50) "Children laugh something like four hundred times a day," is, itself, laughable. Even assuming an unlikely 16 waking hours for a small child, that would mean laughing 25 times each hour, every hour, or once every 2 minutes, 24 seconds -- _all day long._ I've seen plenty of happy babies in my 74 years, but none of them were _that_ happy. With that sort of foundation, I began to doubt all the other "science" in the report.

If they only cause stress, then they aren't friends. You can still be lonely when you are with other people if they aren't the right people. And one can be happy by oneself, if that's your personality. Loneliness isn't about being alone it's about a mismatch between your social expectations and your social reality.

The social media is the biggest culprit these days, the constant connectivity is bothersome and people’s professions matter, some people have this habit of dumping their problems personal and professional on others. If they are not ok,they ensure others aren’t ok……They are intrusive, meddlesome ……these are due to extreme competition and the professions they are into….Choose your job wisely where you don’t have to talk much.

just enjoy your life. Eat, and do as you wish. Be around those that love, and care about you. stay away from negative, cause negative don't help pay for bills. Don't worry about living a longer life. Enjoy the moment 🙏
I think that it's wrong to assume that the same amount of social contact is healthy for everyone. Loneliness is a big problem, and it's bad for your health, but not everyone who lives alone is lonely. And many people who live in crowded cities are indeed lonely. Loneliness is NOT the condition of being alone, loneliness is about a mismatch between your social expectations (i.e. your social appetite) and your social reality. And THAT'S what's unhealthy, not being alone. In my opinion, being in a bad relationship is more unhealthy than not having one.

Even children today have signs of artery disease. Fast foods and sugary drinks have long term consequences. There is an obesity epidemic today where over 60% of the population is overweight or obese. What is common today and "NORMAL" is not healthy. The average person today is not healthy and is taking medications. Heart attacks were once only common in people over 65. If you have friends you have someone to commiserate with when your landlord raises the rent high enough to make you homeless. It's important to see the funny side of not being able to afford food, ie its a great way to lose weight. When you are now starving and homeless try and find somewhere to sleep as much as you can, of course far away from the public because no one wants to see that. Cold water showers are cheaper as you haven't been able to afford your power bill for the last six months anyway. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
