I agree. It's all about appreciation. It's amazing how much we get caught up in wanting more and more or feeling loss all the time without realizing how much we already have. It's probably a by-product of the constant consumerism in our society

Tony the OG. Thank you. Exactly what I needed to hear. 3:28 Loss - Less - Never - Those three thought patterns are the source of all suffering. And the antidote? See it for what it is. Know it's b.s. and find something to appreciate.

I absolutely love everything you put out! I have used your content so very much over the past two years! Besides seeing you in the movie Shallow Hal I came to know you after I started following a guy by the name of Jim Rohn. While following him I learned that you worked with him when you were younger, and then I heard your content and was hooked. Even though Jim is no longer here you and him are both two of the mentors I strongly look towards for the direction I am striving to go in my life! I plan to help people just like you all have as well as become a public speaker helping guide people out of their own way so they can be more successful in whatever it is they are wanting to do. I am already involved in a ministry feeding 150+ homeless people every Monday and Tuesday in my community. I don't say that to pat myself on the back but just to emphasize that the journey is real! I am on my way! Our organization for feeding the homeless is named M2540 after the Bible verse in the book of Matthew.

@@matthewmp111 Hey Matt, I think Tony teaches some great concepts that are ageless, like discipline, creating an environment to succeed in, and then some newer body hacks like how to use your body to get your mind engaged. That said, all of this stuff is just a little culty for me =P Mr. Robbins talks about himself as, "I created this motherfucker." Kinda fancies himself a god I think. Which, let's be fair, he has as much money as so I can understand the ego. Some great tools, need to be balanced with a level head and your own vision for your future. All the best =)
