Cracking vid as always Alex! Even on a personal level, this is so true. A few years ago, my family got into a habit of watching an hour of TV aftet dinner. I started going on walks instead. Soon my sister asked if she could join me, then my parents. Unintentionally led by example! Now we barely watch TV (except some documentaries on weekends of course 😉)

I have a video coming out in couple of weeks that looks at management vs. leadership. It's not "boss" vs. leader but that's a great idea too. I'll give that some thought.
I somehow have a gift for finding typos when no one else has noticed. Your first slide should say "your actions" but it says "you actions." I'm not claiming to be perfect, but I wanted to let you know in case you want to fix it.
