Thank you this was awesome and helpful 👌 I have always struggled to judge distances, especially from a tree. This past year I let go of numbers and started placing targets at random distances and shooting them...and over time I think I have gotten better with judging where I need to aim without attaching a number to it and like John said, if I'm not feeling super confident at a certain distance I will aim higher/ lower to ensure I won't miss the target completely. You also have to go into minus mode when you are shooting up or down hill or from a tree stand. Instinctive shooters tend to shoot high and left from a tree stand. Saw one suggestion to have a more pronounced cant to your bow. May work for some.
