Do I have to have a quick release for it all to work? or a spacer to keep the wheel with a 1 1/2" dish away from the turning signal, etc stalks? Porsche 2016 Cayman. Thanks for your help as I want to this installation soon. Thanks also for the installation video, very helpful.

the quick release is optional but you can put a spacer in between to clear the stalks

47,000 miles is basically so rare and pristine. why would you want to neuter the cars stock leather steering wheel and airbag. Not only is there one less protection feature if you crash. But the car went from lookin 😎 nice to lookin 🤓like a teenager owns it.

more for demonstration purposes but yes the safest option is to keep your stock airbag and wheel.
