To anyone that wants to replace their steering wheel, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FIRST. Airbags can explode.

I want to elaborate. This post isn't to knock David(?), this is for people who are considering doing this on their own car. I don't think that his has an airbag and I know it doesn't have a battery in it already.

+reallunacy and wait a good 15-20 minutes before messing with it. Some airbags have backup batteries which hold a charge for a few minutes after the battery is disconnected

I always use Blue thread lock on the bolts that go from the steering wheel to the quick release or Boss kit hub, those bolts have a tendency to come loose with time, and it's a good idea to leave the center nut on while trying to remove any steering wheel 👍

Omg dude, I have a vision for a 240SX that's very similar to this. You have awesome taste! The color on mine would be more of like a cobalt blue sort of like the Lexus blue omg it's like the best looking blue ever, but this looks absolutely amazing too! That NRG wheel looks so badass btw. I just got my Nismo 350Z a few months ago and have a long, long ways of fairly expensive payments to make on it so I won't be able to work on a project let alone my baby right now as it is :( BUT at least I can proudly say that I own my dream car :D

two tips, ive done the steering wheel afew times, you dont need the quick release hub unless you cant get in and out with the steering wheel in place, or you think your car will get stolen and the second thing, leave the bolt on the end of the thread when your taking it off or else you might rearrange your face
