@@zero8246 download the driver manually to another computer and setup it to the new pc using a flash disk

This is essentially restoring the "I don't have internet" option from the Windows 10 installer. As long as you don't connect to the internet, Windows 10 already allows you to get around the Microsoft account requirement.
