Hey Arthur, great video. Have any advice on how I could go about capturing gameplay footage with audio and my voice while playing a game in Parallels? I tried OBS but it only sees the entire Windows 11 environment, not the individual game window. I had heard that Parallels has a toolbox available to purchase, but I only want to do that if I know for certain it works. Thanks in advance for any info you can give me :)

Hey, I think I finally found what I'm looking for. I am currently using a M1 MacBook Pro and I'm also currently enrolled in school but their site is better used if you have windows. I don't play video games on my Mac so that being said, would you still recommend to connect an SSD or would I be fine running off of my 1 TB? Or is it still too much memory? I also have a Samsung T7 2 TB Thank you in advance

great video!!!! when i want to add storage on my virtual machine as the video says i go to settings > hardware > hard disk > advanced… but it wont let me do anything then, the buttons are all turned off 😭 what do i do?

Is it like a windows laptop or a porcentaje of them in term of performance? I mean, it works like a Zenbook or just with a part of the power of it? Thank you.

hi arthur, i downloaded parallels with the tutorial but when i downloaded rainbow six siege it doesn’t run, i checked on internet and i have to go to a page called: “core isolation” but if i search it in the settings or it doesn’t pop up or if you search it it says that i can’t reach that page. what do i do ?

i am currently running the 14-day free trial but it sucks that with version 19 you can only install windows 11 pro. i am not sure if i will keep it. my main reason for wanting to have windows on my mac is so i don't have to go back and forth between my powerful M2 Pro and my slow hardware ridden work loaned PC. @@achintsingh4552 I tried and it's really slow for my m1 macbook air, the ram is just simply not enough for pycharm, but vscode is usable

It doesn't let install any drivers. I'm trying to install Qualcomm drivers and adb drivers it goes back to selection screen even with driver enforcement is disabled on windows.

Great video. I'd like to know how Windows 11 performs on a MacBook M2 with VMware Fusion Pro 13. Has anyone tried it?

How is the performance and thermals? On my old intel based Mac book pro the fan was constantly on and very resource intensive. Just trying to see if it has improved.

You have to test it yourself. I found that 8 cores and 12 GB of memory work the best for me. I suppose the more juice it has the better your gaming experience will be ;)

when I download win11 it and click it it says that there is no operating system installed in this virtual machine. they also said below that "To install an OS, connect a source with OS installation files, such as a CD, thumb drive, or disk image, and reset the virtual machine. For more information, see Parallels Desktop Help." but I did not understand what should I do ? :( any help please

Btw you can use Excel on Mac as well 😀 You need to pay for this software as it’s a part of Microsoft Office Pack. You can use Excel in Parallels as well ☺️

No, 8gb acts like 16gb and is perfect for everything, by the time you made this comment, you made a big mistake and bought 16.

I know what you mean, but saying it as "don't have the budget to buy Parallels to run Windows on a Mac" just seems weird, because getting a PC laptop with Windows is cheaper to begin with. LoL

Same, its because the operating system got crashed by a third party game if you got the free trial. Or your 14 day free trial got expired

Windows 10 это уже старая система - лучше уже 11 ставить :) Думаю можно поставить. На M3 все тоже будет работать.
