These panels are called Mermaid Elite in the UK (Alterantive to Bushboard Nuance Panels), the Wetwall brand in the UK uses a MDF core and required trims and profiles for installation.

This would work good in an RV.

Great video, very informative! I am thinking of using wetwall for the 36"x36" corner shower remodel I am currently working on (This is my first time DIY bathroom remodel.) I wanted to use wetwall for this, but the only wetwall products I can find are kits that are for alcoves. (This one to be specific, Wetwall 48-in W x 34-in D x 96-in H Norwegian Elm Alcove Panel Kit Shower Wall Surround) Since the side pieces included with this kit are only 34", I was thinking of using the 48" panel on one side (cutting it down to 36" and using edge trim to finish the edge, since it will be and unfinished edge.) And for the other side I was thinking to cut a 2" vertical piece off the other 34" panel and gluing it to the other 34" panel to get to 36" (the 34" pieces have a finished bullnose edge). Do you think this is a feasible solution? (my initial thought is this won't work, since I think these work with a tongue and groove system.(I am still waiting for my wetwall to be delivered, so haven't had the chance to take a look at them) Also, do you know where I could just order wetwall sheets and not kits? I appreciate the help!

I didn't open the box. I ended up calling wetwall and they said they never heard of someone trying to cut a piece length wise and glue two cut edges together, they didn't suggest doing that. The person I spoke with gave me a number to a wetwall dealer near me, so I could buy two 36" sheets that I needed.
