Do you sell silicon backer rod shaped for your panels to use on bottom edge of panels ?

Does the color matched sealant that goes on the bottom of the panels where it meets the shower base and in the corners, have to be replaced yearly due to degrading or molding over time?

Will, our sealant contains antifungal additives making it resistant to mold and mildew. Dependent upon how frequently the shower system is used, it is recommended you reseal seams lines approx every 2 years - only replacing sealant seam locations with apparent degrading.

How much does a sheet weigh? Are they 8x4??

Billy D, a sheet weigh will vary based on the sheet. We can make various panels in a wide ranges of sizes. As a rule of thumb, used 1.65 lbs/square foot. We can make a 4x8 sheet and it would be 52.8 lbs.

@@anglingag Oh, I was under the impression these were sold as full sheets and cut on site... are they custom orders?

@@billyd6488 They are. Here in the states we have a number of common panel sizes that range from 8”x96” all the way to 60”x96”.

Why don’t you show someone actually installing the panels?
