Hey, I put on a new throttle cable and bike wont start. I remember there being a clear plastic piece covering the cable on the carburetor end. Do u think that's the problem?

I assembled like in the video but my dirt bike just low idles and doesn't have any power and then will just shut off. Any idea why this might be?

What happens if you don’t slide it into the little groove

I tried this two years ago on a JAWA 50cc and it was a diarrhea mess. I assembled and disassembled it like four times and it simply WAS Not right. The throttle cable was like real loose and didn’t snap back after a twist. It was just an assAnine diahretic mess for me. MMmmmmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmm

I had to rotate the part under the spring it wasn't aligned with the pin as showed in the beginning of the video I thought it was but I was aligning it with the wrong part
