    Spark plugs look pretty good. 0.7-0.8 is what ford specify. You probably could have just gapped them and re-used but new ones are cheap enough so good to change.

    Yeah for the price and the hassle, new ones are worth. 0.6 is a good gap for a bigger turbo :) But yes stock is between 0.7/0.8

    The old plugs look OK but when they start to turn white, that can suggest predetonation like it sounds like you could of been getting with your missfire. Considering you have had it on a dyno and no predet wasn't found at the time I'd be keen to see if the miss comes back.

    I'm also looking to do this myself. Shouldn't the new plugs be tighned to a specific torque value?

    Not 100% Sure, i just get them tight and then one nick, seems to have worked on every car ive owned + dads cars.
