great video.. especially if you play it at a slow speed! Makes it super easy!

Just got the rear rack and basket. it was pretty simple to put them on, Only part that was slightly difficult was getting the basket to go on below the quick release, it didn't quite want to fit but after a couple adjustments I got it all set.

The nut for the quick release hits the fender, how is that supposed to work?

Should the front rack be more or less horizontal? Some pictures and my fork bracket is angled such that I think it will lean forward significantly. I have not installed it yet, but wanting to know if I should try to bend the bracket so that the rack lies horizontal.

After riding it for a while the quick release cuases the basket to not be fully secured which will make it rattle back and forth when hitting slight bumps and anything that's rough. I understand the quick release is supposed to give you more options with the front rack but I would recommend having a screw or two atleast to tighten it down. This isn't on the video but there is a screw under the quick release that does help with this but not 100% and i think I almost broke it since it's plastic. honeslty it works fine on flat roads and everything.

Also might I add he switches what screw he used to attach the light because the one provided is to short so you can't even attach it

I can’t get enough slack on the light either and the screw on the quick release hits the fender.

0:34 - I'm pulling very hard and can't get any more slack for the front light. It feels like I'm going to break something. Ugh, I had to go into the rats nest control board at the bottom of the bike using the special star hex tool to get that extra slack and untie the coil of cables at the top portion.

I pulled my front light straight out by trying to get the slack as listed...warning to all it didn't take much force!

I am trying to guess if my two 6 pound yorkies would fit together in this basket. What are the inside dimension?

Would have been good to know that you need the front rack to put the basket on. Waited 2 months to get basket on back order just to not be able to use it.

how did you not know that? The basket cannot hang on air. However it does work for the rear rack also

Now I need some screws I've never been so annoyed that I can't put crap together

No indicator on which end if the flimsy aluminum bracket goes where, where to put the washers, how high on the fork to placate support arms. What to do with the included velcro and 3M cushioning. No instructions included.

It feels like I'm going to break it removing the extension.... - - - OK, it does just pull out. There is a serrated washer thing in there gripping it but you can widen the grip of the plastic with your hands.

Yup. At least they tell you which side the washer goes on in this vid, since it is not intuitive for everyone.

The quick release element with springs is a shit design! They won’t stay in place and spring apart. Designer is an idiot!

Absolutely the worst build I have ever done. So impossibly annoying. Worse than building a basketball court. I ripped the light power supply it doesn't just pull out then I had to Frankenstein the thing back with some buts and an old power supply. Then the spring thing is so dumb pops off. Has a little nut that hits the fender. Very poor design and the most annoying thing I have ever done. Hate you ride 1 up.
