FRAUD! This is absolutely my worst experience with a company ever. They charged me $80 on top of the software purchase for something I never selected or got( technical support). I was unable to install or use this software on both my kid’s phone or my laptop, and I requested a refund 1 hour after the purchase, they refused. Absolutely THE WORST customer service over email. Please stay away, this company is a fraud and they couldn’t care less about their customers’ satisfaction!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES!

The only essential detail they didn't mention that I read on their website is once the iphone turns off or restarts it needs to be jailbroken AGAIN! Like seriously? I bought the subscription and it's essentially useless for this simple fact. You guys need to be more honest with your videos otherwise your reputation is going to get trashed online, come on brits you should know better than making things sound to good to be true. I just need to be able to see whatsapp messages of the target phone with an new s21+ android I can root prior to gifting it to my child.

Something like this should be forbidden. There is no reason for someone to have access to someone else's personal information and/or details. Not for the significant other, or parents. Either you can trust them, or violate their trust by using this, and damage your relationship forever. The same with parents and their kids. Either you raised them well and can trust them with a smartphone, or you don't and either change your parenting style or educate your children well how to use a phone and behave on the internet.
