As far as I'm aware, the only way for mSpy to have the functionalities it has (keylogger, etc) is if it directly communicates with the Linus Kernel which requires root access. I'm actually very curious about how mSpy works without having to root the device.

Well, there is a way actually. You could disguise the software as something else and do some social engineering to make them install it. But this is pretty complex. It isn’t possible to just install it on someone’s device sadly, that would be horrible if it was possible
