Yes. You can set it to stay on permanently.

That is a great idea that I should have included. It is very bright at night. It lights up the entire yard.

Can this also work dusk to Dawn and stay on without motion sensor

I'm thankful he went into the safty issues as he did, very very important, then ho into even the way you test the wires for power. Couldn't be better.

Mine will turn on when I hit the wall switch. It will stay on for the recommended time then it shuts off. For some reason it won't turn back on unless I hit the power switch. Motion doesn't turn it on. Am I doing something wrong?

Hard to tell what could go wrong. Maybe try to reset the motion sensor settings. best of luck…
