Great thankyou. There is an easier way in Word 365. To save a custom watermark in a Word template, you can follow these steps: Open the document that contains the custom watermark. Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Move the cursor over the watermark until the cursor displays a four-headed arrow, and then click the watermark to select it. On the Design tab, in the Page Background group, choose Watermark. Select Save Selection to Watermark gallery. Give the watermark a name, and click OK. You can now use this custom watermark in other documents by selecting it under General in the gallery of watermarks If you need more detailed instructions, you can check out this video tutorial on how to insert a custom text watermark in Word and move it to the top or bottom of the document. It also shows how to edit the header and resize the watermark. I hope this helps!
