There is no preview to see the watermark changes with brightness and contrast so i have no Idea how it looks before I save it....

How is this done in Office365 Mac edition?

Thank you for watching! In Word for Mac, the Watermark button is in the Design tab. The Insert Watermark dialog box looks a bit different than the PC version, but most of the options are the same. Watermarks aren't available in the online version of Word. Have a great day!

how can you make the watermark not washout ??

Thank you for watching! To remove the washout, select > Design > Watermark > Custom Watermark > deselect "Washout" if it is a picture or "Semitransparent" if it is text > Apply. Best of luck!

PLEASE HELP! I get to the insert picture but when i select something nothing pops up, my files do not appear or anything! I came to this video and was shocked about how this didn't work for me!

Thank you for watching! Unfortunately, I am not sure why your Insert Picture dialog box isn't appearing. That could be an operating system issue rather than a Word issue. If you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber, consider reaching out to Microsoft support; perhaps it is a known issue they can help you with. I wish you all the best!
