today we will be talking about the switch from forward to backwards movement on inline skates also known as 180 switch
and the first thing that we have to learn is the monoline position:
shoulders and torso are almost in one line with the direction of the movement

Thank you! My soul slide is a rather ugly thing because it requires some flexibility in joints to be properly performed and I don't have enough of it. But I know all the theory and can explain it, so I will probably make something;)
