Great swings. I had done the “Macenko” bat speed program and this reminds me that it’s been too long since I ran over/unders. Gold as usual 👍
I haven't heard of (or atleast don't remember that name) so I'm going to check it out! Maybe I'll do a review on it here where I test it!
