My AMH went from 0.05 to 0.19 in just 4 months. I turned 46 in April. I have been increasing my Vitamin D and CoQ10 levels and reducing sugar/wheat and stress. Also lots of avocado, healthy fats, and fertility yoga helped. Thanks! Starting IVF soon.

I agree. Doctor told me my AMH levels are 0.034 and that I'm premenopausal and have premature ovarian failure and my ovarian age is 50... And that me and my husband will never be able to become pregnant naturally and by ivf. I am only 29😢😢😢😢 I am so freaking stressed out and depressed

My amh level was 1.1 last year at age 37. I've been taking my vitamin D and omega-3 religiously and took another test. It's now 1.75 at age 38. Making healthy choices really does improve the amh level.

THIS! I was just ushered through the public system here in Finland to the fertility clinic since we tried for 17 months and only ever had chemical pregnancies that didn't make it past week 5. My AMH was 1.05 before we started to hit a slew of stress throughout 2020 (From May and still going on). The clinic saw my AMH had dropped to .69 and immediately just wanted me to do IVF, ignoring that I have been stressed out of my mind for over 7 months, and I didn't like that approach. I am more keen to try naturally, as I have become pregnant, they just didn't stick because I was in such high stress. I know I also need more vitamin D, as here in Finland, the winters are extra dark and extra long, but common sense goes out the window under stress. I am immediately going to buy some D vitamins and try to control this before considering the IVF.

Hi Dear when i tested for AMH levels in March 2021 it was only 0.22 which is very low. DOctor gave me Vitamin D supplement 60k iui and in one month the level rose to 1.06 which is in normal range. if you are overweight try loosing some weight as well but eat healthy. god bless you.

Wn I first time checked my FSH level after 6 months of my marriage it was 11. Something and every month it was increasing.. doctor refer me for Infertility clinic but grace of God I convinced naturally soon after. Dr. Is right. I have 3 different reports of same month for AMH and you won't believe all are different. At day the 2nd day it was 0.55 and at day 9 it was 0.89 and day 25th it was just 0.24 ..... Don't even know which report can be consider accuratly right ? So ladies be positive and have good food every thing will be fine. AMH is not so constant thing, it keep changing.

Hi! I’m 27 years old and married for 9months. My AMH level(0.4) and vitamin D level(18) is very low. And I have endometriosis which caused cysts in both my ovaries. My doctor has suggested me to freeze my embryos which I did last month. Now he is suggesting me to transfer the embryos ASAP as my AMH level is very low. If I don’t transfer the embryos in my next 2-3cycles will it be a problem in getting pregnant in future? **( During the ivf procedure my AMH level was 0.8 and could freeze 6 healthy embryos but within a month the AMH level went down to 0.4)
