Thank you for telling how much sun we need! I have been taking so much vitamin d supplements and STILL am only at 28. I guess I need to try being outside more! I thought it would need to be like 3 hours to make a difference which was daunting. So I was glad to hear that 30 minutes would suffice 😊

FSH and AMH are only INDICATORS of fertility. There’s always a chance. Whether or not it’s the best idea, you need to look at many more factors to decide. It’s best to have a consultation with a health care professional if you’re unsure.

Hi Mam, I am 34 years old. My AMH level is 1.21. And FSH level 6.80. And in left ovary there is 3 eggs and right ovary there is 2 eggs. Can I still get pregnant? And is there any good suggestions for increasing my eggs and AMH level?

There are many factors that contribute to a couple's eligibility for IVF. Even with low AMH levels, IVF may still be an option for you :)

Just because you had one failed IVF cycle doesn’t mean you can’t get pregnant. Sometimes it takes quite a few goes.

Hi... My amh level is also very low... I use to get only 2 to 3 follicles per month.. after some research in Google I started using lodhra powder.. within 2 months iam now getting 7 to 8 follicles.. if you are ok u can try lodhra powder... It really works

It depends what's causing it to be low. Common causes include stress and low levels of body fat.

You’ll need to check with your doctor as there can be a number of factors that can impact the number....but presuming everything is normal, it looks ok. I’d definitely recommend to keep focusing on your nutrition and continuing to try to conceive.

Mine is 0.51 is it easy to have pregnant ??
