    I'm not going to lie, my son and I started studying Phil Hardy's teachings, and we have seen major major improvements in his game. The movements create major muscle memory that once you get down, you don't even realize you are doing it in a game.

    The only problem is that if you doing moves without thinking and their not perfect it might be hard to learn from mistakes that you realise only after you've made the play

    I'm 50 years old. I played street ball and some local tournaments back in the day. Nothing major. Just loved playing. Watching Phil Handy workout with players has opened my eyes as to how much a lot of coaches were NOT teaching players! Salute Coach Handy!

    Phil is a great Coach. Angles is one of the key components to any sport. if you learn the fundamentals incorporating angles and balance in your game everything else will come together.

    This brother is a straight jewel!! Fundamentally awesome a straight pro wit it!! Check the footwork I mean he drillin'em on how to get the defender on that back foot. That's everything to me and only because when I was younger this guy back in the day told me "I'm always watching you feet to get falling back to change direction in you. Dragged me everytime

    On the second drill, behind the back, they need to continue reading the court, as opposed to look down at the ball, while the ball comes back to the opposite hand from behind; that fraction of seconds will get you off the eye-flow, while reading the court. Eyes up all the time! Thanks for your hard work.

    Awesome drills. Wish someone could have tought that when i was young playing. We are so far far far behind i Denmark and that's why we still do not have an NBA player. We came close with Christian Drejer in the early 2000's
