You always take your time to be right on point. I love the the slow-mo spots. Looking forward to getting the number 4 double tricks down. Thank you for your speed bag tips very helpful. Haven't hit a bag in 40 years but it's coming back thanks to you.

I just bought a speed bag platform (cheapo, just learning) and have been watching a bunch of videos trying to figure out proper technique. I'm not ready to do doubles or anything like that, but in general, your videos are the clearest, and most informative. If I had found your channel first I could have spent more time hitting the bag instead of searching for info! Thanks!

Excellent video sir. Far too many videos dont take the time to really break down the mechanics of techniques, and love how you not only broke down the principles of the technique, but also great pointers on where to position your hands and how to hit in order to achieve success. Thank you. I try to teach the way I like to learn. I think many people learn the same way and perhaps that is the secret.

I like you.. good instruction. I just started speedbagging about 2 months ago I'm 55 and love it. Your vids made it easy for me to get it... Ive trained alot in my life but never could do the speed bag... now im getting better everyday

Thank you! This was awesome. I was wondering what I was doing wrong.....I dropped my hand too low and if effected the bag and my strikes. Ironically, when I started doing this drill I was doing great....then came bad habits. Thanks again, your videos are a great help to me (not a boxer, just an old guy with disabilities).

Good evening coach!! It has been a while I love this video. I have the doubles down but I am still perfecting the straight punch/roll double trick in the second phase of the video. I've got the fist roll down, and I see why you are not a big fan. I just want to say that I really appreciate your skills and talent and your willingness to share these videos. There are a lot of videos on youtube on how to hit a speed bag, but I have learned more from you than any of the others. Your teaching still is great. I have used your phrase, Speed is the enemy of technique not only when referring to the speed bag but in my business and other areas of my life. It really keeps me grounded. Have a great Holliday and know that I am watching, and looking for more videos to come.

I got the concept to the side to side doubles I was hitting too far to the right and left you have to hit kinda straight more now I just gotta practice on it more thank you again

Yes. You would put both hands on the left side of your head and put left hand over right to start.

My bag doesn't seem to move as fast unless I hit it much harder

Perhaps your bag is just bigger. Hitting harder is also good since it will help you improve your strength
