Great tips thanks for sharing! I was setting up points very well using this tactic, but i keep missing that last shot, so when you do this make sure you have a solid net game from where you can close it out!

I have a question. When you're hitting cross-court, do you have a target in mind - how short & how wide can you hit it? Another summer Saturday... Get dressed for tennis... Watch TTT... Incorporate the lesson into my game... 😎 More great tactical training thanks.

hi guys, thank you for your video, i have not watched the whole thing but will do so later today. may be a bit off topic, but wanted to suggest a topic for a future video, what to do when the opponent is "too comfortable" what are thiings you can do when what you are trying does not seem to work, maybe they are "better players" how can you put up a fight in those cases? (increase power, accuracy, consistency, anything else) thanks a lot

A great practice drill is to play a game to 11 points by starting with an underhand feed. The ball has to cross the net 3 times before the competition starts. This encourages players to rally and control the placement and pace of their ground strokes. Also although you didn’t specifically mention it you definitely hit shots at various net clearance hight. This is an important factor in tactical strategy. Every shot should have a place and purpose that goes with its angle and trajectory. Tennis is an athletic chess match.

This video sets you apart from the other guys at youTube for tennis. I have been waiting for this video since I requested it 6 months ago. Alex, I noticed when you received a low ball you are able to generate a better angle. Can you hit those angles when the ball is HIGH at the baseline or it is too risky and low percentage shot? Thanks.

Great instruction. But what does the angle exactly mean regarding the landing spot of the ball on the court? Is it always near the outside T as you demonstrated in the video? or is it just near anywhere near the sideline? or is it the area near the sideline between the net and the service line? Thanks

Ok so if my opponent gets frustrated because the angled shot is ‘shorter’ in depth and ‘softer’ per say, that means I will be playing tennis correctly.?
