I have been playing COD for almost 20 years and I never miss a new game release. For the first time in those 20 years I am very doubtful buying another. The SBMM has ruined the game, the sniping has ruined the game and the overall algorithm has ruined the game. Corporate greed made it a random luck game instead of skill game. I used to stand in line at midnight to get these damn games.

About the longbow: Black ops: - Psg1 quickscopes(and la91a) Black ops 2: - Ballista and that semi automatic one Ghost: - Dont remember name Black ops 3: - That cowboy sniper Black ops 4: - Dont remember name, but was in that lootbox system. Mw2019: - Kar98k, and later Even better spr Mw2022: - Spr and SA-B50 and mkII Mw2023: - longbow Longbow is far from the best on that list. Try any other sniper and ur stuck on a boring hold an Angle gameplay. Unless one use some bot lobby cheat. We have been punnished in warzone since after warzone1 with snipers, melee, crossbow, zero ballistic knife and shotguns. Cod became popular because it had theese items and it had tomahawk/throwing knife as well. Besides, there is so much EOMM in this game that ur only allowed half game before ur ads speed is cut in half, ur aim assist turns into antiaim «assist» and headshots starts to hitmarker. If you dont like longbow its most likely due to eomm makes people one tap u anywhere in the body with it. I shot heads with that thing, and i need to so so to be viable. Else i Get 90% hitmarkers every single game. If u want to play without snipers and limit urself to the boring ar/smg which cod has tried to force us to use for like 3-4 years now in warzone, then go play ranked. There no fun wepon is allowed. Without quickscoping snipers cod would be dead 10 years ago. Its a huge part of the game and has always been that. But lately they have fist fuc*ed anyone that dont run ar/smg/lmg. Even throwing knife is 175 pathetic damage in warzone now, unless you hit head which eomm makes 100% sure u dont. They litterally bend the path of my throwing knife up to 90 degrea Angle mid air to avoid hitting that head. Any unfairness in this game is rooted in eomm trying to make you addicted to force you to by skins. Try once and dont buy battle pass, dont buy anything for some weeks. Enemies litterally will turn immortal. Then suddenly by the blackpass. I dropped personal record 3 times within 2 evening after that. But after 2-3 days the game expect me to buy more. So you Get punnished for recent good games + not buying from the store. Its at this time you can pop ur entire mag into an enemy without a single hitreg. 100% of throwing knives turn mid air. 1300% difference in ttk i have noticed. My 52wsp swarm bullets between enemy shoulder at 1m distance to down him, then his teammate comes and insta delete me with 4 bullets from the same gun.

Honestly if you’ve played COD before you’ll know that before MW 2019 Matchmaking it was super chill except on double xp weekends. Ping was what mattered , there were no random lag spikes cuz you’re on a streak, and you could stay in a lobby you had fun in for as long as everybody else stayed. There were good days, bad days , and mixed days but overall it was fun so people just miss that fun feeling that you don’t get playing nowadays CODs tbh

Long bow without a scope is too OP, it's literally unbeatable. I've been saying this for months. How they don't nerf this shit is beyond me. I understand making all guns viable, but there's no way a long bow should have the advantage over a smg or a shotgun at short range, just like a sniper rifle should have the upperhand at longer range if you know how to use it
