You have a lot more wiring to do, that I'm not sure on. You have to tap into the tail lights somehow. Hopefully there's content out there for that.

A couple questions...1) does this mess with trying to pull a trailer if you still needed to plug into the 7 pole out the back of the truck? 2) I just recently bought a similar light bar and am having the same problems you mentioned...half of it works half of the time. I don't know if plugging into the truck is screwing it up or what is going on. It's an 05 Chevy...let me know!

Did you have any issues with the canbus messing up the light sequence.? My son fitted one to a Vw caddy van as per wiring diagram. Ignition off....all lights worked fine. Turned the ignition on... Running lights flashed. Sequential amber turn signals only flashed 4" out of 30". Etc. Any suggestions?

the ground wire came off of my light bar going into to light bar can I fix this...PLEASE HELP! !

If i tap into passenger tail light will it work? Or has to be driver side?

Either side would work, but the hitch connector is closer to the driver side so that's why I used that side.

Would this not prevent you from connecting a trailer with lights on it?

This won't affect being able to hook up a trailer, all the lights should work like normal.

I have a 96 tacoma, and everything except my brake lights work.... any idea?

Can you wire the reverse wire and the parking wire together

I would say no bc in park your reverse lights would be on

I don't, I bought this about 5/6 years ago and don't have the truck anymore. I think mine was about $150 ish, anything around that price should be good.

How di i connect this to this car whe. Led bar only comes with 4 wires. And the led brake bar says brake /turn signal. But in my tacoma beake and turn signal. Its separate??

You got to tap into one of the reverse light wire. If it's a pick up truck remove one of the taillights an tap into reverse light from there

Swap green and brown wires? Maybe that'll exorcise the demon possessing my truck. Cant get the light bar to work. Gonna try this.

Not too helpful. I know the basics however my issue is on the truck; 01 Tundra my brake isn't working. All other functions work

haha yeah this was a long time ago! I installed an LED bar on my current Tacoma. I used the tester to help figure out wires. Still a pain tho lol

And no end to video if the light was working correctly?? Can not get my time back from another wasted video!!!
