Tried to help a friend with this unfortunately when you holld up nothing happens the phone only switched off for the first step as soon ans you push top volume and power button nothing occured and phone remained as it was

Thank you! I forgot the Code for my new phone and was really confused, how i would be able to reset it! Worked super well and now i can finally use my Phone 😭. For those that had problems: you HAVE to connect your phone with a laptop, pc or other phone (i used my old Phone) or otherwise the Phone will just restart and not go Into the factory Mode!!
No option for wipe reset

I did that and my phone added another hour of waiting. I wished I had not purchased this phone.
