    Sir my manager is worst lady she doesn't work either come to office on time or even respond to us when i call or msg her. But she expects me to fulfill all her needs. Now, I'm serving last days of my notice period now she is giving me unnecessary works to me instead of others.

    Its a tendency of toxic managers to give tasks during notice period. Do not be surprised if you get work till your last day.

    My senior is doing politics with me. He gives the difficult work which no one can do to me. And when it streamlined he gives it to another and say it's simple anyone can do it? He is my senior can't deny him that I will not do. But this is wrong and I feel helpless there😢. I can handle my college but I can't do any thing of my senior like CFO.

    We have big team. All in office ask for tasks at same tme and team members delete my work and say i am not doing it. Don't know what to do. Pleaee help. It has been more than 2,5 years and i still geel horrible here.

    First and foremost have some self respect my friend. Seems like people are tormenting you and you should move out. To handle this situation: 1) Take a backup of your work 2) Email with screenshots to your team about all the work you did 3) Mark email to their team members or management in CC 4) Upskill yourself so you can move on 5) Use Sharepoint or Sharedrive to get some tracebility, so if someone does anything, you have the proof.     Sir i am a fresher new to job now a days my senior, don't do any work he always watches mobile and very lazy guy, he transfers all his work to me i can't denied because he is a senior, But i tell my complaints to my MD directly they already taken actions but it is not a problem, some of the employees in my office cornering me what can i do sir?

    Thiru - It's a risky thing to bypass your immediate supervisor and escalate about him. Office politics would mean that you need to understand the situation. Know about your manager/supervisor & then act accordingly. Regarding work - of course you can deny only if you are able to prove your 40 hours of work in a week properly. Once you can explain calmly and profesionally that you are loaded with the work and hours, I am sure he would understand. Remember these 2 words - Capability and Capacity. You have to focus on your capacity, else it will come down to your capability. All the best - share what happens

    20 years in IT - Faced it a lot, got humiliated, embarrased a lot. Everyone will go through this - you cannot escape Office politics (period).

    It's traumatizing when you get bullied, especially at work. My immediate response to you would be 1) Get a new job 2) Talk to the manager that her tone is scary 3) Upgrade your skills (technical and soft skills) to be ready for better future I would suggest escalate; however, I know most of the times it backfires. Also, I need to know more about your situation & background to give you specific advise. Let me know what you try and how it went

    @@AmitKhanna Sir, will explain the situation properly. I am working for a client company and I've sent my resignation letter to my client company instead of payroll and i said sorry many times and asked them how to correct it but they asked me that they need a plan of action for the damage done to the customer. As I am a fresher I have no clue what to do. I tried to explain my situation but they are not listening. Now, I want to leave the organization without serving the notice period. I don't even want to experience a certificate as I am a 20-year-old I can try again as a fresh start. And they are asking for money to leave the organization without serving a notice period.

    @laharilingampalli7371 - WOW! That’s some mess you are into. My advice would be - Talk to senior management and ask them what sort of action plan they want from You. It’s called as PIP - Performance Improvement Plan. They cannot leave you as they need proof of why you are leaving or they are firing. Also they want to do some damage control for sure. Worst is get legal advice from someone on how to handle the resignation. All the best

    My teammates are 6-7 years more experienced than me including the lead but my performance is better and twice their speed even client is happy with my work. Now that is being trouble for me as the lead is asking me to cut down my performance even the management thinks that he is guiding me to do this good work ( then why don't they point out that if you are guiding him to do fhis good work then y client is giving feedbacks to yourself ?) I finish my work 15 days prior and client has added my work as benchmark. One jealous one even grabbed my collor after coming to my home . Though he apologized while leaving that it was out of anger and instinct.

    Wow - grabbing of collar - shows the level of threat you are to that person and the insecurity he has against you. Now though you are doing good/great, remember client is external. Company is your friend. So you need to understand Teamwork & how to work in a team. You are the best horse of the team, but performance of the team is equally important. Now here’s what you can do: 1) Create training material for your team. 2) identify your weak team members and guide them. 3) Create documentation for your group & team. Remember people with more experience get into comfort zone. So when someone does a lot of work, they feel threatened. All the best

    @@vaidanubhav this happens a lot with people who are skilled. Read all the comments below and I am sure you will find a lot of useful information. Here’s what you should be doing. Always email the knowledge you share and mark manager in CC. Not every time, but remember it for most of time.
