Jeepergirl you can easily fix brassiness, but to get rid of a black color? That would be a long ass process, so that’s the fastest way I’ve ever seen

I just used this on my mom & it worked amazingly! I agree that it's consistency should be a bit thicker cause it was a bit messy due to being very liquidy but I highly recommend this! I'm having a friend order it so I can take the black out of her hair too. Thanks for introducing me to the product!!!

@hairandmakeup123 She had honey brown hair. It does not restore the hair to natural color but removes or "lifts" the dark color to leave you with a lighter base to dye your hair to a lighter shade

It worked fine for me. I left it on for 20 minutes and then washed it twice in the shower and rinsed it for 5 minutes. I let it dry overnight and put fresh color on the next day. No problems at all.

so I've had just about every color you can think of but for the past couple of years I've only been depositing color so my hair would grow longer. I've recently dyed it red like more of a maroon/purpley/red color. would this help take it out? I want blonde hair but I don't wanna lose my long locks it's taken me almost 3 years to get it to the middle of my back

Hi, loved your sister's hair!! Do you happen to know if that product can be used on henna hair? I've used henna for 9 years and I am looking for a method that I can use to remove the henna and be able to achieve a lighter tone because henna has darken my hair. I need a product that won't be so harsh on my hair because my gray hairs are brittle already.

I just bough OPPS color remover and it took my black hair dye out wonderfully and it didn't damage or dry it out.

Just bought it today , my dumb A** brough dark brownish black instead light brown 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.. that happen like December , march came in the whole covid did burgundy , now were in June (4 months into not dying ) just want to strip off whatever is in my hair and then dye and hope my hair doesn’t come out frying and pay less !! Jesus wish me luck!! I bought just oops and almost vitamins c and head shoulder for starters ..

@KsmSilver once you've lightened your hair (aka removed the natural pigment from it) you can't go back you have to dye over it. this lightened her hair because under the black hair dye, her hair was lightened before. it doesn't restore your natural pigment or anything like that, it just removes chemically added pigment (aka dye).

I actually purchased the loreal color remover but was afraid to use it because on the box it says to NOT get it on your skin. That sounds too harsh for me. The HD color remover was very gentle.
