Yes! All of this and the fact that sweat itself is water soluble. People always get weird about their hair being dirty after sweating and it’s really nothing a solid rinse and condition can’t fix!

If I want to grow my hair out but want the person cutting my hair to cut it like that, do i go to a barber or a salon? My hairs around his length or a little longer. My hair in the back is actually longer than the front by a lot as the front only goes to my eyebrow if I pull it all the way down but the side is about an inch longer for some reason.

No coconut oil is coconut oil. Cantu makes hair products. Yeah they can dry out/ leave residue

if you have white spots on your nails, you have to take zinc pills. Your nails and hair will get a lot thicker.

I have fine, medium density wavy hair,it usually gets oily (when I washed it good) around the third or fourth day.

being patient and using shampoo too often was a mistake for me, my hair is long but it falls pretty easily its not very thick. Im gonna use the advices from this video.

@@DrauLienz it all comes down to genetics I know people who have beautiful hair and use drugstore products...just a marketing scam ...if you have nice hair you have nice hair period.

Don't wash your hair too much. Eat healthy. Drink enough. Theres not much more you can do. Maybe a few drops of oil here and there for the feeling. Shampoo once every 2 weeks. Not kidding. Its absolutely fine.
