    You are probably not aware that you can eat the seeds (the white seeds), they are better nutritionally than leaves or powder. The seeds are potent, so just 3 seeds with meals, can be chewed or swallowed. Taste is slightly bitter but drinking water after, they taste sweet. Seeds must not be eaten for more than 3 every day.

    @@dellchica2373 3 seeds in between meal, meaning have bit of lunch, eat seeds, drink water, and finish having lunch. No more than 3 seeds a day.

    @@dellchica2373 benefits same as powder/leaves, but the seeds are potent as nothing has been done to them, except we need to break the outer shell off. I find breaking a little with my teeth works best.
