I feel like throwing a carpet underneath the tomatoes so I can lay down there admiring the beautiful colors of green, yellow, red, and blue sky in between them. I thought about that same thing. Except putting on our patio and putting a rug with an outdoor table and chairs. Haha, you are invited to our house when I get our tomato patio gazebo done.

Brilliant video, practicality meets beauty. Growing the tomatoes in raised beds 1m+ high will create a walkway and no need to crouch. Better for us older gardeners😅

Thank you so much for this video. I've grown tomatoes for 65 years some of the best in the county. I will definitely use your method on my next crop. I tend to like a lot of the heirloom tomatoes, they tend to grow tall, and have large heavy fruits. This is definitely the best method for staking tomatoes that I've ever seen. The aloe makes perfect sense and I have several of them growing in my greenhouse. Can't wait till spring. Thank you

Once I grew upside down tomatoes. Never thought it would work but it sure did it produced more than we can eat. Good thing for neighbors PS. Your choice of music added such calmness to the video. I really enjoyed this.

​@@user-kz5md1pg6q Sorry for butting ini, but I personally used a mix of traditional neem leaf + poisonous cassava root powder that is available in my country. It's organic and works for basically all types of bugs. My cousin used a mix of garlic + cooking oil + soap dish and they worked too. But we never got bigger predators like birds or rodents in our area, so I don't know how to deal with them if that's what you're asking for.

I REALLY REALLY appreciate the time you took to share this with us! I am going to try to do this method with my Bells of Ireland flowers. During WW" we used a similar system in raised beds on stagings three feet clear of the floor at either side of a large greenhouse and trained up just under the glass to the ridge. We could walk between the two stagings to work on them and produced excellent fruit at 46 degrees North.

Kon'nichiwa! Excellent idea of building a trellis to grow tomatoes on it. I have a cattle panel arched into a trellis used to grow vining squash & green beans. This coming spring I will use one side to grow tomatoes & see how they will do.

I will try this method as soon as our Winter is over and the last froze has gone. I have no luck in planting seeds, so hopefully this will be the one.
