Your way of starting seeds is what I've been looking for. I tried it and it works. Just like you said, the temperature has to be 80 degrees for best results. I tried grow lights starting in December. Best wait until spring. Thank you so much

Try a heat mat. I bought one for my plumeria cuttings. I'm going to try it for my adenium seeds soon

I see so many mixes for seeds, and this version only potting soil. I just got some fresh seeds, going to try this today.

The bag of soil he uses can be found out most general hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s. I’d just take a screenshot of it before you go for ease of access

It would be any month if your desert rose have flowers AND it is pollinated. If it is pollinated, it takes about 4 months to harvest.

In 4 years I've never seen my plant seed. I must be doing something wrong.
