How to Get Your Splits in 7 Days (Using Yoga Blocks) - Adult Jazz Tips

As we grow, our muscles don't stretch easily anymore. That's why I created this safe stretching routine to get your splits in 7 days.
You are going to need yoga blocks or something that can provide stability to your core and arms.
TIPS
1. Warm-up before any stretch
2. Make sure you don't overstretch your ligaments! If your knees are hurting stop and re-position yourself.
3. Don't give up!

    Also if I had to slit hair, my tiny little wish is to have a different color of brick than the mat so when I'm using my cellphone to watch from a bit distance away I can still see where the bricks r and their direction

    Omg I will never be able to make it lmao I'm so not flexible but I'm new to trying yoga and just bought the blocks and really would love to keep doing practicing but geeez this is a lot I can feel the tension and it hurts lol
