Hi can u make a video like this but without a defuser i done have one

I am pretty young, and I hadn't known I had curly hair for awhile, I would always complain about my hair being big, poofy, and frizzy and i thought i just had wavy hair since it curled up when I washed it. but after awhile i figured out I had curly hair and I am slowly trying to bring out the curl in them! You, and another KZreadr by the name of sophiemariecurly have been helping me out. Thank you for making these helpful videos!

I like to shower and style my hair at night and sleep with the gel cast. Scrunch it out in the morning and my curls last for days!

Hi Gena! I wanted to come back and give an update. I recieved the bonding protein drops last week and have used them twice on my wash days. I added them to my curl cream before going in with mousse and gel. Wow!! Total game changer, my curls are far more springy and my refreshes take minimal work and product to get them looking presentable!! I can't thank you enough for the product recommendation 😊

That’s amazing that Ouidad created that. I know Boucleme has one for protein, another one for toning, and another for the scalp. I’ve been using the scalp one and the protein booster for about a year and half. It’s been outstanding because like the Ouidad you don’t have to buy another shampoo or styler because you can use the one you love. I’ll definitely check out the Ouidad. Thank you for sharing.

I had curly hair just like you, but damaged it with heat (my mother didn't let me buy any heat protectants) and with dyeing. Now i look back at my old photos and despise myself for what i did cuz now it only curls on the ends of my hair in the loosest curl youve ever seen 😭😭🙏🏻

love love all your tutorials. i went to different transitions. i dont dye my hair and let my silvers grown it took me 2yrs since didnt want to loose my lenth of my hair. Love Ouidad and definitely will buy clarifying cause here in Nevada is hard water. i remenber you had a schedule routine and i couldn't find it , was very helpful. if u able to send that here i really appreciate it ;)

Yes getting a trim will definitely help because you essentially have to grow out the heat damage to fully transition

Hi Gena. I have wavy to curly hair that are very coarse and frizzy. I am losing a lot of hair too. I like the volume, but not the frizz. Also I have noticed that when I leave products in my hair, they fall more and I don’t like how they feel. Please suggest something.

You are likely using products that are too heavy. I would suggest just using a mousse or a strong hold gel and seeing if that works. The gel I used in this video is a favorite of mine and is flexbile.

After over two weeks of not being able to wash my curly hair after being sick and injured and depressed all at the same time. I'm planning on following your clarifying routine from that video to finally detangle and get my hair back un control. Do you think I can add salt and baking soda to the ACV and water mix you talk about?

I would not do this as it can be drying and not effective on the hair. You can use a shampoo that has sulfates as a clarifying shampoo or a shampoo labeled as clarifying.

I suds up my hair much more than this. I have to, in a way, as I do have seborrheic dermatitis. If I were to lather as lightly as this, I would be in so much trouble.

I feel like I can't get enough moisture into my hair, especially on my ends they are splitting very badly I have tried numerous products I just cannot seem to find the right one for my curls they are fine on the ends thicker in the middle and hair shaft I have long hair

Have you had a haircut recently? Highly recommend getting the damage cut off. Then use a deep conditioner with protein to restore it.

How do you know is a shampoo is chelating? Will it always be stated on the container or is there an ingredient to look for?

No, just water. Avoid mixing anything in your spray bottle as you don't want bacteria!

I've never tried one but I think it would be a safe way to dry the curls. It won't create volume or shrinkage though because the curls remain untouched so they will dry as-is
