How do you get unstuck? Think about an area of your life where you feel held back. It could be your career, your relationships, your health, or something from your day to day life. You’re not achieving the results you want and feel like you haven’t made any progress.
It is possible to free yourself and get the results you desire. By uplifting yourself, looking at the truth of the situation, seeking knowledge and caring for yourself, you can get unstuck and keep moving towards the outcome you want.
In this episode, I’ll explain how to boost your creativity and increase your ability to think divergently-to come up with lots of new ideas. I’ll take you through an acronym you can use to set yourself free whenever you’re feeling stuck, and help you get back on the path to getting the results you deserve.

Thanks Jim. I just watched the Kwik brain training (Part 2) video. Sorry I am not in Facebook and that's why I can't post my comment in your website, so I am writing here, I hope you speed read comments here too. I am preparing for one of the toughest exams in the world (IAS), it includes literally everything, from history to law, all branches of science, current affairs, geography, languages, literature and on and on. I have give this exam previously twice, but didn't succeeded, I study like 14 to 16 hours per day, but I just forget things over and over again especially current affairs. Now I am feeling like exhausted because it's been four to five years just like this. I love your TIP technique, I have heard about it from somewhere else too, I also make rhymes and interesting sentences to keep it all in mind, but I can't keep all in. Sometimes it feels like overflowing and I can't keep it contained. Iam sorry if it sounds like complaining because there are hundreds of applicants who clear this exam every year and some who clear it in their first go. But I am desperate now. I don't know what to do. Can you give me some suggestions on this, please. 🙏
