I spent the last 2 days rerolling in adventure mode just to try to get this. Man, what a pain to try to get. I swear I went 0/8 on Cotton's kiln and 0/3 on butcher's quarter. Now I just got lucky because as I loaded this vid on my phone, I got butcher's quarter and the event, so thanks for the luck TV!

Dude JUST in time when I was wondering how to get it!

I got this on my campaign ply through. Wasn't ready at all for the piggy. I appreciate the homage to Bloodborne, but it would have been better if I could have given the pig a tickle from behind for the killing animation.

I have done this so many times today. Never found Cottons kiln. This is after forgotten kingdom dlc. Been through butchers quarter probably 6-7 times. No sewer. always checking the map for that broken line too, no go.

Quick personal question for you TV; Have you done an Apocalypse run? If yes, what was the build you ran, and additionally, how do you feel about the loot you get? I loved Starkiller in R1, but not sure if it can stand up against weapons like Nightfall or Crescent Moon

PSA: This can also be got another way. Through the palace starting point as well as morrow parish, you just need to make it through the palace until you get the quill from the juggler. Then use the quill on the door that has the yellow exclamation mark follow on until you get back outside in the main area, the next place you are lead too if it isn’t the sewers will be the butchers quarter or cottons kiln if you get 1 of these 2 then you are gaurenteed to get the hidden crack with the side boss. Tried it yesterday 3 times and eveytime I done it this way I got to the side boss. After rerolling adventure only 5times. Hope this helps some people. Thanks.

yeaahhh...No. its not a guarantee to get the side boss.. i did however get cotton kiln on the very first try after completing the palace..but went through and followed your instructions..no side boss. I got a different freakin cotton map. Ive been at it for 5 and a half hours now, i give up

Another alternative is to use the World Analyzer to check whether you have the thingy on your run :)

I just tried for the first time and I got fired roof tops and bunch of crows so I was kinda confused but I proceeded and collected two items, box and amulet (BTW, I opened the box and find another amulet - anyone knows is there another use of closed box). Will try again and hopefully will finally get mutator. I almost finished my bleed build and I really need this. This and amulet from killing the doe

You can get it right at the start for mine at least in the derelict light house since the dlc. Every time it’s been gorge cause I am collecting shards

I got the giant pig boss fight in Derelict Lighthouse when starting in Palace Courtyard. Just got the magic quill & start to explore until I got it casually. Maybe it was luck but thats how I got it since starting how this video says I didn't have ANY luck after like 10 tries.

the tight quarters make this mini boss fight a little crazy

I just got this mutator from Derelicts Lighthouse. Before I tried to find at butcher & cotton but no result.

I found this area the first time I played this game. However, it was early days and I kept getting my ass handed to me and I never went back. Now that I'm lot stronger I think i'll go back and get it.

Luck is such a weird thing... Did 2 rolls till i got the Marrow perish, went left Butchers quaters and then see the broken line... Dropped down and hit the lever. Done, less than 10mins had the Twisting Mutator. Good guide thank you! Good luck everyone trying for it!

5 hours later still re rolling. no luck. got butchers quarter three times. spawned the burning house, the house with 'wake up' man, and the rooftops. unbelievable

I am over 100 runs in (3hours) still didnt find either Cotton's Kiln or Butcher's Quater🥲, but for those who's also suffering from this, here is a tip: After entering Morrow Perish, if you see the Dran Child Event, refresh the world, there are no dungeons. (Also 80% of my runs with the burning house around the dungeon entrence leads to Lemark District)

Then when you get the roll you want. It seem you get it othen after you did it. I still haven't got the burden of the gamber ring after 200 hours of the game.

in my game gorge completely glitched out, teleported and assume he got stuck in the walls cause he disappeared completely and the gate fully openend

I am having zero luck with my roles, one time I had Cotton and Butcher on the same map and neither rolled it.

Why does my twisting wounds only do 1% bleed damage instead of 10%?

Oddly enough I got this piglet on my campaign but it did drop twisted wounds

I have cotton guilt as a marker point in story mode, would that work?

Cotton kiln? It might, it’s not for sure going to be there… but it might. Just explore the whole place… and look like he said at the map and look for a break on the edge. If you have that, you do have a side quest, but it might not be this one

Ghost shell is super strong too.

I was lucky enough ive got this on my first campaign run

I was lucky enough find someone with the location shown in the video join them they did found the ring but missed the boss and we beat it

PSA: If you get Gorge and it rolls teleporter you are fucked.. Gorge teleports into the wall and you will have to reset your encounter until you get lucky enough for Gorge to not teleport into a wall..

You thought you had bad luck? I haven't even gotten the dungeon with a fire backdrop yet!

Yes, but you still aren't guaranteed to get it. I found out the hard way.

Took me like 10 tries to get that enemy to span in my game

been trying for 3 hours straight now, it still wont spawn for me

Iv tried this about 50 times so far, doing it as we speak

yes it's possible to NOT have this tile spawn. if it doesn't, you'll have to reroll.

As much as I love this game, the randomness is too much. I re-rolled Yaesha several times until I got everything I wanted. I have about 38 hours on the game and I’m still in my second world in the campaign.

Then stop taking it too seriously with the amount of power you need, I beat the campaign with my friend in like 6-8 hours, we never used adventure mode, just ran the campaign raw and beat the game.

@@hoplul actually you’re right. Soon after I posted that comment, I went and tried to get Twisted Wounds and expecting it to take a long time, and instead I got it on my first run. The game changes as you learn it, and I am enjoying a lot more now. I finished the campaign yesterday solo. I really didn’t like it the first time I played but I have changed my mind completely. It’s an excellent game.

@@o-SPECTRE-o Nice to hear! From my experience worrying too much about power, or playing the game the "right way" has tainted my experience in a lot of games. It's a lot more fun to do a raw playthrough first and then go back and worry about the meta afterwards imo.

I have no luck. I wasted two whole evenings trying to get it. Countless rerolls. I can't fu**ing get it.

I accidentally deleted my bleed build. I had gotten this in campaign. Hurts even more now to know how hard it is to get

Momentum is 1000% percent better than this mutator. The only good part of this mutator is the ease of applying bleed to be used with the abrasive whetstone and your primary dps dealer, but this same effect can be achieved easier with pipe bombs. This is a B tier mutator with that specific build in mind. C tier overall

you dont need marrow parish you just need dlc one true king it loads almost all losom maps encluding losom coast starting area buyt going to dungeon s will be random and locations in buirning lossom will also be random sunken witch and etc will also spawn at random every re roll is a diffrent burning map location but coast will be the same sometimes you get new items aswell if you haven't gotten them all anyways
