It really isnt. It blurs surroundings like crosshairs, and it looks glitchy quite often. Use Teknos instead

Yeah! I was messing around with CapCut on my phone once and saw that there was motion blur so I was confused that it wasn’t on pc but I decided to just look through it and found it :)

You should use teknos blur. It doesn’t blur the crosshair and inventory weirdly and is way smoother.

It might be the format of the video, are you waiting for it to process? If you are, make sure blur is at 100 but turn blend down to 0
