30 Second POUND DRIBBLE 30 Second POUND DRIBBLE (OTHER HAND) 15 Second REGULAR CROSSOVER 30 Second ONE POUND CROSS 15 Second BETWEEN THE LEG 15 Second BETWEEN THE LEG (OTHER SIDE) 30 Second FIGURE EIGHT 15 Second AROUND THE WORLD (FAST FIGURE EIGHTS) 15 Second IN AND OUT 15 Second IN AND OUT (OTHER HAND) 30 Second BEHIND THE BACK ---DYNAMIC DRILLS (SIDELINE AND BACK) 30 Second DOUBLE AND AND OUT (SCISSORS) 30 Second ZIG ZAG (BEHIND THE BACK) 30 Second IN AND OUT THEN CROSS --- I know it adds up to 5:30. I'm going with the estimate that the dynamic drills will take 30 seconds each but the timings on those may differ based on skill level.

Great video man! Definitely subbed! I love how this is basic and works with repetition and endurance instead of tons of crazy combos that I can barely see. This is something I can definitely add to my daily workout and I can see this helping a ton! I'm not a small guard so I don't need crazy handles, but this is definitely something I can use. I'm not looking to break ankles, just to score and decrease my turnovers. Thanks a lot!
