WHAT CAUSES A COUGH:
Most coughs are caused by a cold or flu.
Other causes include:
• Smoking
• Heartburn (acid reflux)
• Allergies - for example, hay fever
• Infections like bronchitis
• Mucus dripping down the throat from the back of the nose
WHEN TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR FOR A COUGH:
- You've had a cough for more than 3 weeks (persistent cough)
- Your cough is very bad or quickly gets worse - for example, you have a hacking cough or cannot stop coughing
- You feel very unwell
- You have chest pain
- You're losing weight for no reason
- The side of your neck feels swollen and painful (swollen glands)
- You find it hard to breathe

Excellent video. For asthmaticcough when it is really bad I use preventer inhaler or reliever inhaler. Other wise I have lozenges,lemon and honey or ribena

Best honey is the one from a farmer near you. The honey is made from the flowers in your environment which is more beneficial for you than any honey from a different region

It works great. But doctors won’t give it out anymore because of opioid abuse. So I’m still coughing and it sucks

I've had a dry tickly cough for nearly 6 months it keeps me up and wakes me up when I finelly do fall asleep. I'm constantly clearing my throat coz I feel like I'm inhaling dust. Had itchy skin all over for since Oct last year too. I'm not sure if they are connected some how 😢

u have dust allergy or allergy with ur cotton bed sheets or something else, which trigers ur allergy.., i suddenly developed allergy with tide laundry detergent and cotton bed sheets, i removed them both and the allergy is gone.. see what is new around ur house , that might be the problem for ur coughs...

But I can't go without it coz I have bad heat intolerance . I found out I have moderate enthesemia as well as asthma so that prob plays a part . Think I need to stop vaping 😳 x

My dad dont believe that smoke are bad but he didnt care, and that morning in 2 am.. he got convulsions... so we are rushing to the hospital.. after two weeks hes lungs are stop...he is gone....
