    Hey!! This is a great workout, thank you for taking the time to film it. I just wanna say that it might be worth considering that having a giant calorie counter which can't be ignored might be a little triggering for people with experience of EDs or who are trying to stay fit and healthy without obsessing over calories. Really enjoying your lockdown videos, stay safe! X

    Carla Moreno I agree, especially because these are strength building exercises, not aerobic. The goal is to get stronger, not necessarily to burn calories. Awesome workout otherwise though!

    That’s gonna set the abs on fire for sure! Excellent idea and good use of the timer on the phone, one of those useful features I never think of using! Those variations on roll-ups are great. I’m going to try everything except the various planks, my shoulders are too damaged for those. Remember to use your own judgment people, and thanks for another well put together workout Joy! 🤗

    эти упражнения на пресс мне могут пригодиться, а то к 40 годам живот уже заплывает жиром, ощущения не самые приятные) а русские рецепты у тебя есть? гречка например, ее же можно кушать балеринам? или тот же борщ?)

    Great exercises but will likely not use this video or account again. Very difficult to hear the instructor over the music and multiple ads in the middle of the workout are VERY ANNOYING and distracting.
