I got hacked 6 days ago and I was devastated. I was in tears searching up ways to get my account back as it’s password and email was changed. I didn’t even care if they took my royale high or adopt me stuff, I had so many memories and I needed them back. Eventually, I did get my account back with Roblox support and I’m so thankful to do so as some others get hacked to never retrieve their account ever again. Thank you so much to this guy because he helped me a lot. Keep in mind that Roblox support gets a ton of tickets per day so don’t give up. If they don’t respond within 2 days, then it’s ok to send another ticket.

Was so glad that i watched this guy before and noticed this when my acc got hacked.

What happen when they say they can’t verified your email and ownership, because they kept on asking to verified my email but I can’t because the hacker change my email and i also didn’t made any purchase so I can’t send them the billing email. Help idk what to do Update: For those wondering, no I still have not gotten my account back yet, for the ppl with the same problems, i have some bad news, unfortunately roblox support will not give u ur account back unless u have a billing address or a receipt proving to them u brought robux (just take screenshot if u have one). That means that there is literally no way u can get ur account back unless u get someone to hack back ur account. And that is what im trying to do, however this medthods is also very risky as some ppl may rey to trick u, or majority of the time u actually have to pay them in order for them to help u. Its been 10 month since ive lost my account now and i have no idea what else to do, pls if someone can help pls help me.

Take a screenshot of it and don’t worry it’s going to say your address but it’s completely safe. If your mom or dad don’t feel comfortable sending roblox an email with your address you can mark it out and explain that to Roblox

@@giangtrinhhoang6071 heres something you can do go to log in --> then click “forgot password or username?“ (make sure you have an email or phone attached to your account) look down and make sure it says “enter your email to reset your password“ you will then have an email from roblox click “reset password“ choose a new password and boom

​@@md.zahedulhaque964a payment verification is not needed if you have a footage of you playing a game in that account. Or if you don't you can tell them the last game you played on roblox since nobody can view it in your profile. Thats what i did and i got my account back. Hope this helps!

I got hacked 1 day ago and all the hacker is doing is changing my avatar and is changing the language but unfortunately he did change the password and email and put parents pin on so i can change anything without that pin being disabled and when i try to disable it it says i need a pin my last hop is Roblox support 😢

I did all the steps and I sent it to roblox and I got the email within 10-15 minutes thank you so much all for the help I finally got my hacked account back thank you so much

I got hacked and Roblox answered and changed the account email back to mine but when I tried to change my password it said 2 step verification which the hacker set up do you know if Roblox can change my password for me

I'm pissed bro the support keeps on asking about the iTunes receipt made on my roblox account when I lost that phone a long time ago. I quitted and got back with an android phone (I play on pc but I use my phone when buying robux). Gave the first and only number and email verified on the account when retrieving it because I didnt know security at that time. But idk I feel like I am just getting bot response, asking about the itunes receipt over and over again. I don't even think they read the mail that was sent, it's just a bot asking abt the same thing over and over again until u provide it and a bot checks it or something. Asked for other ways but nothing. I am gonna try again rn tho

You can verify ownership by telling them the last game you played or by sending footage of you playing a game in the account! I told them the last game i played and got it back, lmk if it helped
