For those saying that Roblox needs to make sure about your ownership, listen up! This method in the video works, but you might have had to spend money on your hacked account first. Let me explain: I was hacked one day, and then a day and a half later, Roblox restored my account. Now, my password, AND email was changed so most people who watch this video would probably think that it's over with since in order to reset your password, you need to have your email connected to your Roblox account. However, in my case, my email was also my original billing account. Meaning I paid for robux using that email and Roblox could see that. If you never spent money on robux and your account was hacked, and your password and email were changed, I'm not necessarily saying that this method won't work for YOU, but in MY case, I don't think it would have worked without them seeing my original billing email. This comment is just me sharing my experience being hacked and getting my account back in a very short amount of time. I hope this was able to help someone get their account back.

@@keyraalexander Ok, so the support ticket is a formal request for help sent to the Roblox support team. It's basically just something that Roblox gives you to let you know that they are working on your situation. After they send you that email with the ticket, maybe a day or a few days later, they are going to follow up with you once they learn more and handle your situation. I'm not 100% this will happen but I'm just explaining exactly what happened with me.

Yo thank you so much it used to just say we need ownership but now it just says we will contact you very soon. If I do get my account back in like a week then thank you for saving around 500 dollars and 6 years of all the things I did over the years on my account. This is also my first account so I will make sure this dose not happen again and wish me luck I can get my account back. btw for the people that say Roblox always say prove ownership just use the sentence Rurdes made up. This makes it to where Roblox will understand that you do not have access to your account and just look for if you have logged in to the account with your gmail then they will be able to help you even if the hacker took off your email from your account. Again thank you so much Rurdes. I might make a youtube video myself on how to get your account back because I have been there too where i got hacked and hopefully I can save somebody's account.

The thing is roblox moderation sucks and most of the replies you get are ai generated. When my account got recently hacked I just kept on sending support tickets every 4-5 hours and when I did get replies on them (referring to the ai replies) I just sent them screenshots of me in games with that account and past login info and the ip address too. So basically bug them enough until u get a human reply. It sorta worked for me.

I sent them an email informing them that I got hacked. Then they told me that I dont have an email connected to the account even though I had an email to the account. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Same, I contacted to Roblox support and keeps saying: You need to verify ownership to assist you further. And I have no clue why is Roblox never ever give me a reset password button-_-

what if the account that was hacked is actually hacked in 2019...?

My account got hacked the day before my birth day I already had a email in and phone number but some changed that we called Roblox support were waiting for a email back
