My account was hacked I gave roblox the screenshots of the hacker asking for money, I told them one of my old passwords, told them to look at my verified email history, told them to look at my IP and the accounts IP history, told them my card number from one of the recent robux transactions before I got hacked and still nothing, Idk whats going on especially because the screenshots show exactly what happened and also my email had been verified on that account for 2 years so I dont know what more info they want from me, hopefully I get my account back, its 6 years old and has a lot of memories on there😢

TYSM it really works and this is from 2024. Just click the how to reset password in the email then click password reset then you need to add your email that you used to contact roblox support and you will get the password reset email then click it and change your password. JUST LIKE IN THE VIDEO 😊

For me personally, it doesn’t work. They send a ticket email and then about 10 minutes later they send an email where it says that they can’t verify ownership bcz there is no email or purchase information associated with the account…I don’t get it…I’ve lost this account 3-4 years ago and I really want it back since it has a ton of stuff on it…I really miss it and nothing worked

You're supposed to send a screenshot of the recipt of your first purchase on the account man. I'm trying to get back my account from mid-2018 back for the second time and I heard those things help. @@fix_on_n_on It's simple, email roblox about your old account, ask for a password reset (give the username) but roblox wont give you a password reset if another email is registered into that roblox account (to prevent people who exploit the system)

Guys it works, just make sure to keep replying to the things that they send you, and also do what they ask you to do. Like this guy said, make sure it’s actually Roblox asking and not a hack/scam. I got my account back thanks to this guy, but I did lose 2 items, but I don’t mind.

After I submitted a ticket... - my account got stolen and the thief changed the password, number and the email - (the reason I can't open my account right now) ... I replied in advance my first roblox transactions (BC), youtube channel where I uploaded a video of me playing bloxburg and also minor proof such as how my roblox username and password save on my google key. B) I will edit this message if they replied back or if I got my account back.

I couldn't log in to my account when I accidently logged out I checked the password and it was the same one but not working but this helped me, Thanks!

I did this and I got an email saying the email I entered never bought robux, even though it did and said I needed to send a picture of my Xbox roblox purchase receipt

When I could not get into my account I cried for a year until I got to sad and decided to search blah blah and I got my account that’s so much I’m literally crying☺️

Yep this worked for me at least. Retrieved my old account in like 25 minutes of sending the email. Here’s a tip: Once Roblox gets back to you and updates the email in the account (If you provided the username) go to the Forgot Password page and type in the email you used to send a email to Roblox. Then there Select the account and put in a new password.

I’ve emailed roblox about ten times. They keep saying they need to verify ownership by an email. I kept on telling them I never attached an email or cell phone. But this time I told them specific details about the account. That I got robux from a group by funds. Named the group and owner. Hopefully this time they give me my account back!

Roblox has a lot of cyber security, making it nearly impossible for a hacker to hack. Plus, I would not be surprised if Roblox had their own ethical hackers to prevent that exact thing.

This ACTUALLY worked, i was super freaking doubtful at first, especially since it took 4 days for roblox to responds, but it was worth it. @@__bebooo Ok so we went back and forth, first one said Please put the email you had in your account in your response thing. I forgot the school email I added at first The second email came in and reminded me of my 4TH GRADE EMAIL and said to type it in The third email said to USE THE DELETED SCHOOL EMAIL THAT EVEN IF I HAD ACCESS TO IT, IT DOESNT RECIEVE OUTSIDER EMAILS, to respond back. I explained I didn’t have access to the email, provider, and it had been deleted for a while, and school emails don’t recieve outsider emails. The fourth and last email said they cannot verify ownership because “Email was the only way to verify”. EXCUSE ME BUT YOU LET PEOPLE WITH FAKE EMAILS AND NO EMAIL GET THEIR ACCOUNTS BACK BUT ME?! NOW I DONT HAVE ACCESS MY OLD ROBLOX ACCOUNT AND YOU RUINED MY DAY SO EFFORTLESSLY AGHHHHHH.
